Day 2: Technical Drying & Material Science

Day 2 focuses on the technical execution of water damage restoration. You’ll master how building materials react to water and how to dry them correctly while building strong documentation that supports your work with insurance carriers.

This is where the training turns into real revenue. Day 3 is highly practical and focused on building accurate, well-documented estimates that insurance companies understand and approve.

• Creating complete estimates for Category 1, 2, and 3 losses
• Proper line item selection and estimate structure
