Refund Policy

At Restauracion Sin Secretos, we treat our refund policy like a water damage restoration job: act fast, set clear boundaries, contain the problem early, and focus on long-term prevention. Just as we train contractors to stop the water, extract the moisture, and dry the structure properly, this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective for both the training company and our students.
1. General Refund Guidelines

No automatic refunds after course access is granted. Once you receive a ticket, login credentials, digital materials, or attend a live session, the training is considered “delivered” — similar to how once water has migrated into a structure, full reversal becomes difficult and costly.

All sales are final unless they fall under the specific exceptions listed below.

3. Payment & Deposit Terms

Deposits and registration fees are non-refundable (they cover administrative costs and seat reservation — just like mobilization fees in a water damage job).

Payment plans: Once two or more payments have been made, the student is responsible for the full program balance.
4. Transfer Policy (Preferred Solution)
Instead of refunds, we strongly encourage transfers to a future training date. You can transfer one time at no additional charge if requested at least 5 business days before the original course start. This is our “dry-out and restore” approach — we’d rather keep you in the system and get you properly trained.
5. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

6. Important Disclaimers

This policy applies to all public and private contractor training programs, certifications, and workshops.

Digital products, recorded sessions, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.
